Cute Chat AI Childlike Stories User Agreement

Introduction

Welcome to Cute Chat Al Childlike Stories (hereinafter referred to as “the App”). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may use the App and its services. By using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may need to register for an account. 3. Use any manual process to monitor or copy any material on the App or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
4. Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the App.
5. Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
6. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the App, the server on which the App is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the App.
7. Attack the App via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
8. Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the App.

4. User Content

The App allows users to interact with AI characters and share content. You retain ownership of any content you post, submit, or otherwise make available through the App (collectively, “User Content”). By making User Content available through the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the App and our business.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and license the User Content and that the use and licensing of the User Content do not and will not violate any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and publicity rights.

5. AI Information Disclaimer

The AI information provided in the App is collected from the internet. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content. If you believe that any AI-generated content infringes on your intellectual property rights or other rights, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the App, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App.
