Subscription Agreement

Introduction

Welcome to Cute Chat Al Childlike Stories (hereinafter referred to as “the App”). This Subscription Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which you subscribe to the services provided by the App. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Subscription Details

2. Subscription Fees and Payment

2. Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. The payment will be processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system, and your Apple ID account will be billed accordingly.
3. Renewal: Subscriptions are typically auto-renewed. At the end of each subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration at the then-current rate, unless you choose to cancel before the end of the current period.

3. Trial Period

If a trial period is offered, the terms of the trial will be specified within the App. Upon the end of the trial period, you will be charged the subscription fee unless you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

1. Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. Please follow Apple’s instructions for managing subscriptions.

5. Changes to Subscription

The App and subscription services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the subscription services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our affiliates, and our licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your subscription, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your subscription will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription.
