This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which you may access premium features of Miracle Music – Your AI Band (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms.
1. Subscription Plans
We offer auto-renewing subscription plans that grant access to advanced features, extended content, and exclusive tools within the App. Details, including pricing and billing frequency, are clearly displayed within the App and on the App Store page.
2. Free Trial (If Applicable)
We may offer a free trial period for new users. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. Unused trial time is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
3. Payment and Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed via your Apple App Store account.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle (weekly/monthly/yearly), unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
4. Managing and Canceling Subscriptions
To cancel or manage your subscription:
- Open Settings on your device
- Tap your Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Select Miracle Music and choose Cancel Subscription
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. You must manage it through your Apple ID settings.
5. Refunds
All payments are handled by Apple. We do not issue refunds directly. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.
6. Changes to Subscriptions
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or features. Any changes will be communicated through the App or App Store prior to renewal, and your continued use of the subscription after changes indicates your agreement.
